Retail Lifestyle Destination Architectural Visualization — Oman

The Mall Oman brief had one real challenge: the project isn't a traditional shopping centre, and it couldn't look like one.

What you're actually looking at is a network of low-rise retail blocks arranged around an open-air courtyard with alfresco dining on both sides, a fountain plaza running down the centre, a glazed bridge connecting the floors above, and a green wall anchoring the far end. The architecture is restrained on purpose. Stone-toned facades, floor-to-ceiling glass retail frontages, nothing competing for attention with the space between the buildings. That courtyard is the product. Getting it to read that way in CGI was the brief.

We ran two primary lighting conditions. The morning aerial pulls back to the highway, showing the development sitting along a major Muscat road at golden hour. The warm light catches the glazing, making the site's scale fully readable in one frame. That's the launch image. The evening courtyard render is the one that does the selling work: the fountain jets lit from below, outdoor tables on both sides, the F&B interiors glowing through the glass, a bridge walkway overhead. Blue-hour sky, warm ground-level light. The kind of frame that makes a place feel like somewhere you'd actually want to be.
