Jura Terraces — Exterior Architectural Visualization, Dubai
There's no straight line on this building. Every floor breaks into a curved, scallop-edged terrace the balcony forms stacked and rippling from ground to crown, each one planted with trees and shrubs that soften the tower's silhouette against the sky. Getting that right in CGI meant working with the organic geometry carefully: the shadows the curved overhangs cast on the floors below, the way the warm cream facade picks up the afternoon sun, the density of planting that makes the tower read as something alive rather than just designed.
The hero exterior was the critical frame — a slightly elevated angle that lets you see both the repetition of the terrace rhythm and the lush ground-level landscaping without either competing. The rooftop tells a different story: an organic-shaped infinity pool with sun loungers along the edge, tall palms in planters, and a view across the low-rise city to the horizon. It's a resort amenity on top of a residential building, and the render needed to feel that way.
