It's a frame that anchors the project in a real neighbourhood, not a cleared plot.

Then you drop to ground level and everything changes. One tower, framed through mature trees at golden hour, the path leading toward it through garden planting and rocks. Warm amber light, full balconies, glazing catching the sunset. It doesn't look like a launch render; it looks like you've already moved in. That's the point. The sidewalk and balcony frames carry the same logic: you're not being shown a building, you're being placed inside a life that could exist there.
