Retail Lifestyle Destination — Architectural Visualization, Oman
This isn't a closed shopping mall — it's a network of low-rise retail and dining blocks arranged around an open-air courtyard, and the whole project reads differently because of that. The façades are light stone and full-height glazing, restrained enough that the space between the buildings does the work. A fountain plaza runs through the centre of the courtyard with jets lit from below, outdoor seating on both sides, a glazed bridge connecting the upper levels, and a green wall anchoring the far end at dusk.
The brief called for two lighting conditions that tell completely different stories. The morning aerial — golden hour, the development spread along its highway frontage — establishes the scale and the setting in one frame. The evening courtyard render closes in: warm ground-level light, blue-hour sky, the F&B interiors glowing through the glass. That's the frame that makes the destination feel worth visiting.
