Jebel Ali 1 — Residential Tower Architectural Visualization, Dubai
The building works in two registers. From the aerial, it's a slender white tower rising above a lush canopy of palms — balconies stacked with greenery on every level, curved glass railings catching the light, the city skyline soft in the distance. Up close at the entrance, the building is something else entirely: a deep charcoal-bronze ribbed podium with floor-to-ceiling glazing, illuminated signage set into the facade, garden planting at street level, and a lobby entrance with arched openings just visible through the glass.
That contrast — the dark, grounded weight of the base against the white biophilic tower above — was the thing the visualization needed to get right. The entrance render uses a warm sunset light to bring out the bronze in the cladding and the warm interior glow through the lobby glass. The aerial uses the opposite: a clear mid-morning sky that lets the tower read clean against the green below it. Two very different frames, one coherent building.
